Yulex solid biorubbers are suitable for replacing natural rubber as well as petroleum-based synthetics, such as polyisoprene , polychloroprene, nitrile rubber and styrene butadiene rubber. Yulex’s solid materials can be derived from the same ultra-pure, extremely low protein emulsions or directly from the guayule shrub.
Our solid biorubbers have applications in a wide range of demanding medical, consumer and industrial products and can be processed with a variety of techniques including compression molding, injection molding and extrusion. They offer ease of manufacturing and produce finished products with balanced properties (such as higher elongation and lower modulus), better low temperature performance and a more natural feel.

Yulex Solid Biorubber K121
Yulex Solid Biorubber K121 is currently extracted from our pure emulsion through a proprietary process, that generates a material suitable for most traditional rubber application, capable of reducing mixing cycles and carbon black incorporation time.
