Jason Martin is Managing Director of Argonaut Private Equity, a venture capital and buyout firm dedicated to financing and growing emerging market leaders. Prior to joining Argonaut, Mr. Martin was Managing Director of Solutions Architecture for Williams Communications, where he led investments in more than a dozen companies. His previous experience includes senior management positions in the telecommunications industry and managing institutional investment programs. Mr. Martin is also on the boards of Luminus Devices, VoiceSignal, Sol-Gel and Midas Communications Technologies. He is a graduate of Harvard University

Steven Mitchell is Managing Director of Argonaut Private Equity, a venture capital and buyout firm dedicated to financing and growing emerging market leaders. Prior to joining Argonaut, Mr. Mitchell was a Principal in both Radical Incubation and 2929 Entertainment, where he led acquisitions and investments primarily focused in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. He previously was a corporate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher specializing in mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Mitchell is on the boards of Green Hills Software, Inc., Newco Valve Company, Medical Outsourcing Services, Healthstop LLC and Stepstone Capital Group and is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of San Diego School of Law.
John A. Wichtrich, Director

John A. Wichtrich is the former President of Bayer CropScience's North American BioScience where he directed both strategic and operational activities. Prior to his role as President of the Bayer CropScience's North American BioScience business, John was Chief Operating Officer of Aventis CropScience and Global Project Leader for the StarLink issue. He was Vice President/General Manager of the Sedagri division of Rhone-Poulenc from November 1997 up until the merger with Hoechst in 1999 that created Aventis CropScience. He was previously President and Managing Director of Rhone-Poulenc Mexico. Prior to his assignment in Mexico, John was Executive Vice President of Rhone-Poulenc's North American Chemicals Zone. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
